I am going to pass on Synergy and retain Premier. I choose this action in terms of several reasons. Firstly, if all five agencies are equally to win the review, my agency only has a success rate of 2%. Secondly, Premier Health has a stable relationship with my agency in the past and currently and contributes to a stable revenue and reputation. Establishing a long term and efficient business relationship costs much. Even though Premier Health could be my large client again, it has a stable contribution to my agency’s overhead and PBT.

Thirdly, Synergy Health changes its CMO every three years, and the cooperation between my agency and Synergy Health may be unstable. Fourthly, Synergy Health has its own issue in operation in the field of accounting and audit liability. Fifthly, because of the rumors, staff in my agency may not show a positive altitude towards cooperation with Synergy Health. I am also consider to resign Premier and proceed with the Synergy review in hopes of winning account. This action could be considered because of several reasons. Firstly, Synergy Health is interested in my agency’s work and shows its willingness to cooperate with my agency. Secondly, cooperating with Premier Health would not bring a prosperous future economically as Premier Health is only one of my agency’s small client, and meanwhile, cooperating with Synergy health presents a prosperous future.
最後再分析利弊，把不同形式的問題需要承擔的後果都分析出來，比如指出通過與Synergy合作，我的機構可以有更多機會獲取相關資源。還有另一個可供選擇的行動是探索並與Synergy審查一起處理，但這會面臨不同的結果，也需要承擔不同的風險。
By cooperating with Synergy, my agency could have more opportunities to access the relevant resources. The other alternative action could be explore is to resign Premier and process with the Synergy review. If the review was failed, my agency could ask Premier to re-cooperate together although this action will influence the relationship with Premier.
